In the training, which aims to increase effective communication with migrants by supporting the professional skills of employees, employees who are in one-to-one communication with migrants in the institutions where migrants receive services took their place as participants.
The training continued for two days with more than 40 participants. The staff who were participants in COMMIGRATION's main training activity were in the position of trainers this time.
The content of the training included a wide range of topics such as the basic dynamics of migration, intercultural aspects of communication, prejudices and conflict management.
