Within the scope of the project, questionnaires which are developed by the Sapienza University of Rome to identify and analyze the communication difficulties between immigrants and the employees of the immigration office serving them have been started to be implemented by our partners in Turkey, Italy, Romania, and Finland.
After the surveys are reported, the content of the "Communication with Immigrants" training based on intercultural communication will be determined. The common problems and difficulties in different countries regarding communication with immigrants will also be determined.
